All members of Conscious Elegance are committed to ensuring that existing or potential clients are not discriminated against directly or indirectly, treated more or less favorably, or victimized in any way because of their race, color, ethnic or national origin, citizenship, nationality, sex, gender-identity or sexual orientation, disability, age or religion. This policy also covers the conduct of employees and support staff towards one another.

Conscious Elegance Ltd will direct all personnel (full or part-time, permanent or temporary) to ensure that decisions relative to employment, conditions of employment and access to services and benefits be made without regard to race, color, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, disability, or status.

Conscious Elegance directs all personnel to maintain an environment that is free of racial or sexual abuse and harassment. Acts by anyone that adversely affect another person's employment, conditions of employment or receipt of services are a violation of Company policy and will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. Retaliation against persons filing complaints, for bringing the violation of this policy forward for review, or for assisting in a review pursuant to a filed complaint or grievance is also a violation of Company policy and will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

Conscious Elegance will ensure that reasonable accommodation will be made to facilitate the participation of persons with disabilities in all such activities consistent with applicable laws, orders and policies. Exceptions may be made in matters involving bona fide occupational qualifications or where this policy conflicts with laws, rules, regulations, or orders.

We strongly believe that everyone should have the right to marry, regardless of gender preference. It's so rare and beautiful when people find each other. We choose to support love in its many forms between two (or more) consenting adults, of all genders and self-identifications. We wish everyone an equal chance to celebrate and publicly recognize their commitment to each other.
