Hollow to Hem: 59.5″
This dress is new, never worn or altered and complete with original tags by Alfred Angelo. It was a sample dress bought from a wedding boutique that went out of business. There are no holes or rips or buttons missing and the hem has no dust or dirt; clearly the dress had never been worn out of the boutique. I found one small stain the size of a dime which was so hidden by the folds of the skirt that it took me a while to find it again to take photos.
The skirt is gloriously full with a built in crinoline and has a chapel-length train. It could be worn with or without an extra crinoline, but is pictured here with an extra (not included) because I love ballgowns with very very full skirts.
Not sure of your measurements? We created a page that shows you exactly how to take them:
There is no price on the dress tags but since it’s 100% pure silk, the dress likely retailed for over $1000.
The dress will be shipped simply in a protective bag inside a sturdy box to keep postage costs down, but bridal keepsake gown boxes are available upon request. The keepsake box would likely require an additional shipping charge as they are large and substantial.

Our Ethical Pledge
The silk we use in our designs is either new hempsilk or reclaimed silk fabrics, repurposed from unwanted dresses which would have eventually ended up in a landfill. We believe that by giving pre-loved dresses a new life and extending their usefulness, we not only honor the initial sacrifice of the silkworms but we honor the laborers who wove the original fabric. We do this by reclaiming and re-using a resource that would otherwise be wasted.
